Fun Internet Reading
Bored at work? Looking to kill some time on the internet but tired of surfing? This is a list of some of my favorite internet reading material, it should keep you busy for a bit.

- A Coder in Courierland - Story of a guy who quit his office job and became a bike messenger in Toronto.
- The Matrix Reloaded Abridged Script - Hilarity ensues. Laugh out loud funny at some points, especially for us computer nerds.
- Paul Krugman's Columns Archive - Krugman is my favorite columnist, an economist who writes a twice weekly column for the New York Times. But be aware, he has a significant anti-Bush slant (which is fine with me, I agree!
- Passport to the Pub: A Guide to British pub etiquette - A full blown anthropological look at the social order of British pubs, great if you've spent time in England.
- An Apology For Supporting Science - Scientific American April Fools editorial apologizing for being partial and always taking the side of science.
- How The US Saved the World By Buying Crap We Don't Need - David Brin's sort of out there thoughts that help assuade liberal consumerism guilt.
- The Long Tail - How inefficient distribution impacts the entertainment and content we have access to, and how large scale national systems like Amazon and Netflix are helping to correct the problem.
- Star Wars: The Science of Consistency - An essay exploring how us science fiction nerds feel a need to examine our favorite fictional universes in excruciating detail.
